Four states in my research California, Arizona, Georga and Tennessee havd a "Land Disclosure" form currently. I have introduced one here in North Carolina to our Commercial Forms Committee, which I am now on. We have reviewed the other state "Land Disclosure" forms and have identified 93+ potential Land issues...Our NC "Residential Disclosure" form has 28.
